Wine-dropping

Ok, it's September second.  I went through a very...very shock experience just about three hours ago.  My family and I lived in a relatively small developed country in which dotted with a lot of convenience stores.  We can buy commodities when we want.  Besides, they are not only equipped with air conditioners but also with foods as well as drinks available.  That's why both students and adults deem them as common places for social purpose.

Anyway, this horrible things took place in a local convenience store, Family Mart.  My brother and I just hang out for fun and suddenly my brother was a little hungry so we dropped by at a store, which as usual with LED light shining green and white.  From outside, you can see easily through the big transparent glass wall and found there were still a few students.  Some were ordering a cup of coffee, others were sitting, chatting, still others eating, drinking.

As we walked inside the small store, our nostrils flared with a refreshed smell from the 24-hour-turn-on air conditioner.  My brother headed to the shelves loaded with TV dinners while I just wandered around taking in the smell of refrigerant mixed baked sweet potatoes, Oo-lián, and the colorful sight of tins, packs, jugs, bags, bottles, etc.  Later, I spotted a 4-in-1-package bottles of spritz. (as the picture)

It attracted my attention with its pink and smooth looking so I grabbed it trying to get a more close look.  One bottle dropped.  The time had seemed go into a slow ticking when it was falling.  The image had been zooming into dropping object with the still-on background music fading into silence then following by a shattering clicking splash.  Then, the time went back to normal again.

"Nom Nom Nom...", my brother smirking at me after I paid for the remaining three.  Although it is cold inside the store, I felt hot, embarrassed.  Even though there were not many people at the scene it felt just like there are thousands of eyes following me when we were dealing with the clerks.  I was still face-losing and afraid of being scolded by our parents.  I even thought about lying and hiding the wine latter.  However, my brother asked me to be responsible for my behavior and he would help.  The surprising part is that my parents really forgave me.  Plus due to the fact that the wine today is on sale, we got four extra for free.  Today I learnt some lessons: next time I should be more aware of things around me, never think about telling lies and always be responsible for myself.  Now I am going to enjoy my spritz.
